Before arriving, please complete the Holistic Health Intake Packet which will be emailed to you at the time of booking. If you have any labs resulted within one year, please bring them to your first appointment.
Confirm your appointment time and location — virtual or in-person at Alpine Urgent Care located at 1310 E. Dimond Blvd., Suite 1, Anchorage, AK 99515.
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early. If virtual, you will receive a link to connect.

Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. A water source is located in the lobby, as well as a variety of tea and coffee for your enjoyment.
Feel free to bring a journal to take notes throughout your session.
If you are willing, be prepared to have bloodwork drawn for further evaluation.
Please silence your cellphone to avoid disturbances.
Be prepared to be fully present and engaged for about 60-90 minutes.
